The Role
Seeking a corporate Administrator/Team Assistant to provide exceptional support to their Senior Directors & their wider team:
- Act as a primary point of contact for the executive team
- Prepare reports, agreements and presentations
- Assist and support the coordination of social media activities
- General property administration
- Client follow-up when required
- Travel arrangements when required
- Assist with ad hoc projects
- Proven experience as a team assistant/executive assistant
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail
