This extraordinary opportunity will see you as the Team Coordinator where you will be confidently providing high level administrative support to 3 teams within the Governance Risk sector. This is an exciting role that will see you responsible for:
  

• Liaising with clients over the phone
• Onboarding new clients and staff
• Database management
• Calendar support including booking meeting rooms
• Ensuring administration, policy and system processes and changes are implemented
• Minute taking and distribution
• Prepare client correspondence including client packages, reports and proposals
• Coordinating and running team functions & events

  
To ensure a seamless transition into this role our client is seeking an experienced corporate Office Manager or Administration Supporter. To succeed in this role, you will need to be comfortable with providing support to multiple staff, effectively be able to prioritise work and have strong attention to detail. To assist your application, you will also have:
  

• Knowledge or exposure to XERO, MYOB and APS
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Fantastic time management and organization skills
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
