Your New Role
The role of the Team Leader is a varied and exciting role. The purpose of this role is to manage teams across multiple retail sites around Dubbo, NSW, to ensure cleanliness, organisation and presentation of the store meet the required standard. In addition to mentoring and supporting your teams, the Team Leader needs to lead by example:
- Be involved in the daily cleaning duties with their teams
- Be able to train new staff members
- Write and maintain rosters and manage labour costing budgets.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Success in this role requires excellent leadership and communication skills. You should be comfortable with a hands-on approach and have the physical stamina to participate in cleaning tasks.
- Flexibility for working a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, and some weekends.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the retail or cleaning industry is advantageous.
