Are you a motivated leader with a passion for customer service and operational excellence? This key financial services client of ours is seeking an experienced Operations Team Leader. This role is pivotal as they restructure their operations to enhance efficiency and cross-functional capabilities! With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we are looking for a talented individual with previous leadership experience to lead an operations team of 7-8.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-time, 4 days in the CBD office and 1 day work-from-home
- Lead and manage a team of Senior Customer Service Consultants and Customer Service Consultants
- Set clear expectations, goals, and performance targets for the team
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to maximize their potential
- Coordinate end-to-end customer service and loan administration activities
- Engage directly with customers to resolve escalations and complaints
- Ensure accurate and complete maintenance of customer data and interactions
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across operations
- Comply with industry regulations and company policies
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry and proven people management experience
- Prior experience in call centres
