There are three Team Leader positions within the Revenue team, each focusing on either Inpatient, Outpatient or Commercial Teams. Successful applicants may be required to rotate between each of these roles.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated in-depth Accounts Receivable and Billing knowledge and/or experience within the public or private health sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performance team, supporting the delivery of efficient and effective services.
- Demonstrated experience in contributing to the development of revenue strategies, and being an active representative on key projects, committees and user groups.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, supporting stakeholder relationships, including conflict resolution, negotiation and influencing outcomes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of, and ability to interpret and apply the requirements of relevant legislation, policies, determinations, and cases as well as financial management and accounting practices in the public and/or private sector.
