About the role:
As the Member Growth Team Leader, you'll lead a team dedicated to bringing in new business, as well as nurturing and growing the existing member community, ensuring all members are understanding and utilising their private health cover to its fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting direct to the Contact Centre Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of 6-10 Health Insurance Consultants responsible for growing revenue through new enquiries as well as account management and retention of existing members.
Delving into your strong coaching and leadership tool kit, you will ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless member experience while delivering on business KPIs and growing the member community.
This role will see you using all of your people leadership skills developing and delivering coaching plans for individual Consultants as well as identifying ways Improve processes and procedures to promote better workplace practices and efficiency.
You will analyse member data and trends to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and personalized member engagement.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including members, healthcare providers, and internal teams, to ensure a seamless member experience.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities, adapting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
What are we looking for?
With a drive for excellence, you will have at least three years’ experience as a Team Leader in a similar role.
With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, you will be a strong leader who has a passion to deliver exceptional service to our potential and existing members.
You are driven by success and thrive on playing a pivotal role in the growth of others with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve.
