This global leader in Insurance broking are looking for a Team Leader to join their business.
Managing a team of 6 insurance brokers, this person will oversee the operations of the brokers who manage inbound leads within the construction industry.
Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- General insurance knowledge (insurer or broker experience)
- Client and solution focused
- Attention to detail
- Advanced interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Dip of Fin Services or other relevant tertiary qualifications advantageous
- Tier 1 Insurance broking qualifications
