The Role:
As the Supervisor of the Group Services teams and Volunteers, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of Astley Care’s Day Club and Social Groups.
Our Day Club is a supportive and engaging environment where our clients can enjoy a wide range of recreational activities, entertainment, and social outings. We pride ourselves on providing a fun and safe setting where our clients can be themselves.
In addition to overseeing the smooth running of our programs, you will be responsible for managing new client referrals, coordinating care plans, and conducting ongoing reviews in strict adherence to Aged Care Quality Standards and Astley Care's policies and procedures.
We offer a competitive salary inclusive of salary packaging benefits up to $15,900 per annum, acknowledging your experience and fit to the Astley Care team.

Selection Criteria:
You will be able to demonstrate substantial experience leading a fun and creative team who provide care in a day centre or group social setting, preferably with older clients.
You will also need to be proficient at using IT systems including MS Office, client management systems & work-related apps.
