These new kids on the block have had a rapid trajectory over the last 18 months, growing significantly in projects (currently working on providing strategic advice to state significant work), profile (if you haven’t heard of them yet, you soon will) and personnel (up to a team of 6 from an original sole director). To preserve the quality of work which has been fundamental in their success they are seeking someone to manage their Engagement team.
The role has three main responsibilities:
- Managing and mentoring a team of young professionals to maximise their potential within the engagement space. This will include the traditional management (team meetings, team performance, development of team culture etc.) as well as ensuring that this team have opportunities to learn, develop and maintain a curiosity to learning their craft.
- Project Delivery for the engagement team. Using previous experience in the planning/engagement space to leading resource meetings, peer reviewing outgoing work and ensuring that everything that goes out is of the highest quality.
- Hands-on project work. Set strategies that provide clients with innovative (non-cookie cutter) approaches to engagement and ensure that the client continues to see that fresh/innovative style in how the project is delivered from the way workshops are facilitated though to the visual collateral that is sent out.
