Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of 8

- Proven experience in Team Leadership, demonstrating successful management and motivation of teams.
- Strong operational background with a hands-on management approach
- Background in blue-collar industry, with an understanding of Melbourne's South East suburbs' landscape highly desirable.
