As the Team Leader, you will spearhead a team of 8 dedicated individuals, overseeing activities within the Blue Collar sector in Melbourne's vibrant South East suburbs. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring the team's success and driving towards their operational goals. We are seeking an individual with a robust operational background, a hands-on approach, a strong commitment to fostering a positive culture, a keen focus on safety, and the ability to inspire and guide their team towards excellence.
Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of 8
• Motivate the team to achieve operational KPIs and financial targets.
• Cultivate a culture of safety-first mindset.
• Drive a fun and positive culture, leading by example in fostering teamwork, collaboration, and a supportive environment.
• Utilise your strong operational background to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract, assess, and onboard skilled candidates.
• Provide regular performance feedback, conduct performance reviews, and identify areas for improvement.
• Serve as a point of contact for client relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Our Requirements:

• Proven experience in Team Leadership, demonstrating successful management and motivation of teams.
• Strong operational background with a hands-on management approach
• Background in blue-collar industry, with an understanding of Melbourne's South East suburbs' landscape highly desirable.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and the ability to instil a safety culture within the team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with various teams and clients.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing targets.
