The purpose of this role is to lead a team of professional and highlysuccessful brokers, responsible for delivering new business growth plus:
- Managing a team of professional brokers
- Service focused professional, fostering relationships with small business owners, tradies and the trades sector.
- Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders including insurers and distribution teams.
- Contribute to revenue budgets to achieve/exceed agreed targets
- Proactively manage inbound leads, enquiries
- Develop and enhance processes to ensure an outstanding client experience
- Apply best business practice ethically, professionally and with integrity in all circumstances so that our reputation and brand is upheld
Ideally,you will possess experience in a similar role within the Insurance industryplus:
- General insurance knowledge (insurer or broker experience)
- Client and solution focused
- Attention to detail
- Advanced interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage competing deadlines
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Dip of Fin Services or other relevant tertiary qualifications advantageous
- Tier 1 Insurance broking qualifications
