About the role
As a member of the Day Support Team, the Team Leader is responsible for assisting the Manager in planning, providing leadership and rostering. You will be responsible for; Assisting in developing a business plan and recommending opportunities for improvement in the service, Coordinating and supporting staff in applying person- centred practice, Rostering and ensuring correct staffing levels, Regular supervision, coaching guidance and support of staff.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Degree or Diploma qualifications in a disability related discipline
- Leadership experience
- High level of written and oral communication skills
- Time management skills to work on competing priorities with the ability to meet deadlines
