Team Leader/ Duty Manager

Chick N Ranch Takeaway Shop is currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Leader. If you have a passion for leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a proven track record in the food service industry, then this opportunity is for you!

Position: Takeaway Shop Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of takeaway shop staff, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of customer service
• Train and onboard new team members, providing guidance and support
• Oversee daily shop activities, including cash management and inventory control
• Collaborate with the shop management to implement efficient processes and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Monitor performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to team members to enhance their skills and productivity

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a leadership role in the food service industry, ideally in a takeaway or fast-food setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic computer skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in relation to food handling and storage
