Tip Top Bakery at Springwood is currently seeking applications for permanent Full-Time Team Leader to join the team in our production line. Reporting to the supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and encouragement, while ensuring that a high level of food safety and product quality are met. You will actively promote safe work practices and ensure a safe work environment is maintained by all members of your team.

Available Shift Pattern:

• Production Team Leader - Monday (1:00am - 12:30pm), Tuesday (5:00am - 3:00pm), Friday (10:30pm - 8:30am), Sunday (3:30am - 1:30pm).

About You:

• Previous experience within a similar role within an FMCG company.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team.
• Good communication, literacy, and numerical skills with ability to confidently liaise with management and employees.
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Be result orientated without compromising Safety or Quality.
• Flexible working hours required.
• Basic computer skills as data entry will be required.
