The main duties of the role include:- Provide leadership and support to the frontline team
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to staff
- Support training, onboarding and coaching of new starters
- Ensure a positive customer experience for our guests
- Deal with customer feedback and offer positive outcomes and solutions
- Demonstrated experience in leading a team
- A valid RSA and RCG competency card
- Confidence to work independently and resolve issues
- Great communication skills - both verbal and written
- Flexibility and availability to work across the operating hours of the Club
- Able to work a rotating shift roster including weekends, nights, public holidays
