What does the job entail?
The Team Leader role is a pivotal role managing the daily operations of the Health Screening team across six clinics. The duties and responsibilities of the role include:-
- Team leadership through creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Workflow management and productivity driving optimal productivity and performance is achieved across each team member and clinic.
- Maintaining a clinical load responsible for completing Health Screening including audiometry, spirometry, fitness for work assessments, drug and alcohol screening as well as involvement in other occupational health related projects.
- Ensure best clinical practice is abided by at all times.
- Coordinate induction, onboarding, and ongoing professional development of all team members.
- Supervision and coordination of university practicum placements.
