Your Team
The Team Leader, First Choice Operations is a key member of First Choice Operations Leadership team and is responsible for supporting CFS with delivery of administration activities either directly, or through a partnership with an outsourced supplier.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a 6 team members to ensure they are meeting SLAs
- Conduct and hold quality coaching development, performance or all people within your team
- Generate reports on team performance and key metrics
- Lead initiatives to evolve and simplify the operating environment through leveraging continuous improvement methodologies
- Mitigate operational risk through proactive measure and reporting
Your Capability and Experience
- 3+ years of Leadership experience in Australian Wealth Management
- Exemplify a passion for customer service and adviser satisfaction, striving to deliver exceptional experiences
- Exhibit strong leadership qualities while thinking pragmatically and strategically to achieve objectives
- Proven experience in data interrogation, product knowledge and technical superannuation, insurance and investments
- Employ excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation abilities
- RG146 compliant is preferred
