Team Leader Infrastructure Grants

• This is a full-time 3-year temporary opportunity with potential for extension.
• Based in Sydney Olympic Park with flexible working arrangements.  
• We have a great range of benefits and are offering a competitive salary to the successful candidate starting from $120,859 up to $133,183 per annum plus superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role

Do you have experience in urban or town planning, construction or development disciplines and the management/oversight of high value, long term projects, programs and/or portfolios?

The Team Leader Infrastructure Grants ensures that grant programs and funded projects are delivered in accordance with set timelines while meeting requirements for successful project delivery, and for the coordination with regional offices and performance reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• has previous experience managing or overseeing the delivery of community infrastructure projects.
• has demonstrated experience of grant programs ideally for sport infrastructure and facility upgrade projects and ensure compliance with program guidelines and governance standards.
• has experience in analysis of project proposals and developing program risk management plans to ensure viability to deliver on agreed grant fund outcomes.
• fosters a culture of customer service and continuous improvements within the team by actively encouraging and mentoring staff in formulating and building grant funding mechanisms for applicants.
• has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• has demonstrated capability to build relationships with a range of key external and internal stakeholders.

1. Detail an example where you have managed or had a key role in the delivery of a grant program. Outline how you contributed to its delivery and how you managed the program of work, risks, stakeholders, communications, processes and/or issues.
2. Outline a problem you have identified and addressed within an organisational process. How did you identify the problem, what actions did you implement to address the problem and how did you review the outcome to ensure improvement was delivered?
