About the role
Do you have experience in urban or town planning, construction or development disciplines and the management/oversight of high value, long term projects, programs and/or portfolios?
The Team Leader Infrastructure Grants ensures that grant programs and funded projects are delivered in accordance with set timelines while meeting requirements for successful project delivery, and for the coordination with regional offices and performance reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
About you
We are looking for someone who:
- has previous experience managing or overseeing the delivery of community infrastructure projects.
- has demonstrated experience of grant programs ideally for sport infrastructure and facility upgrade projects and ensure compliance with program guidelines and governance standards.
- has experience in analysis of project proposals and developing program risk management plans to ensure viability to deliver on agreed grant fund outcomes.
- fosters a culture of customer service and continuous improvements within the team by actively encouraging and mentoring staff in formulating and building grant funding mechanisms for applicants.
- has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- has demonstrated capability to build relationships with a range of key external and internal stakeholders.
