About Rise Early Learning Rise Early Learning is a privately-owned and operated Early Childhood Education and Care service catering for children from birth to six years. We have used our combined personal and professional experience in the sector to design a service which offers spaces for children, families, and educators to develop trusting relationships and foster a sense of community. About the role As the Team Leader, you will lead a team of Educators who support the learning of toddlers from eighteen months to two and a half years of age. You will benefit from a small, age-appropriate environment of sixteen children, where RIE approach is embedded into our daily practice. The children are included in our daily excursions program and venture into the local community using our very own Rise minibus. Why join our Rise family? Have a passion for embedding and modelling the RIE approach Be open to our unique way for programming and practice Be ready to implement contemporary evidence-informed pedagogy Be relentless in their pursuit for excellence for children Passionate and dedicated professional who enjoys educational programs for young children designed for early childhood education and care. Essential Criteria An ACECQA approved Diploma of Children's Services or working towards or Certificate III Team/Room Leader experience Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates Valid Working with Children's Check.
