Primary Purpose of Role:

• Lead and develop rosters for the State Operations Centre
• Contribute to the management of timely and efficient Call Receipt and Dispatch (CRD) services within CFS
• Manage the technical components of all CFS CRD response data and systems
• Oversee the continuous improvement of CRD systems and data
• Contribute to the formulation and review of methodologies and standards for best practice CRD / SACAD services within CFS and across the SAFECOM Sector.
• Contribute to the State efforts in coordinating/supporting operational incident management and training.
• Manage the CFS ALERTS Operational telephone conferencing.
• Assist managing the response and contacts data for all CFS fixed alarms
• Manage all operational telephone systems pertinent to CFS CRD.
• Contribute to the assessment of and response to policy matters that affect / impact on operations planning matters within CFS
• Establishing and maintaining high level stakeholder relationships and partnerships
• Coordinate incident investigations with the SA MFS Adelaide Fire

Essential Qualifications:

• A relevant tertiary qualification at diploma (AQF-5) level or above.

Remuneration:
ASO6
$97,022 - $102,626
