In particular we are looking for an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our friendly Fairfield East office as Team Leader. You will get to work alongside 80 other dedicated Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division performing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.
More importantly you will also get to work with an amazing group of clients, playing an integral part in their personal growth and development. Your responsibilities as a Team Leader will include:Supporting a team of Occupational Therapists with day to day service delivery and clinical guidance, answering questions and assisting with strategies on complex cases
Delivering training, induction and supervision as required
Completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback
Attending appointments with Occupational Therapists, to provide support and training
Completing high-quality clinical services and assessments as required in complex cases
Developing exceptionally well-written reports and management plans that incorporate useful and cutting edge strategies and interventions
