About the team – The People and Culture (P&C) branch supports the ASC Strategic Vision through the provision of effective enabling services that foster excellence, integrity, collaboration and delivery for our people and P&C professionals across the High performance sports sector. This role is located within the Talent and Recruitment (T&R) team.
The primary focus of the T&R team is to co-design, implement and measure talent acquisition and management solutions, enabling best practice recruitment and succession planning. The team has a dual-facing role, partnering with internal ASC staff and leadership teams across the sporting sector to guide, support and enhance talent acquisition based on data and consultation.
About the role – We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Team Leader to lead and manage our recruitment team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the successful acquisition of top-tier talent while driving the team's performance and productivity. Your exceptional leadership skills and deep understanding of recruitment best practices will be instrumental in achieving our talent acquisition goals.
