About the role..
To be successful in this role, you would thrive on motivating, developing and mentoring crew members to consistently deliver an awesome experience. Possessing exceptional interpersonal and team building skills, you have a positive and energetic cultural impact on the team and promote our engaging environment.

On any given day you might be..
- Supporting our awesome BOUNCE Hosts to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This would see you jumping behind the tills or on the floor during peak times, managing break times, and ensuring the venue is adequately staffed throughout the day.
- Setting an example for culture, safety, and customer experience. To do this, you'll be an expert in BOUNCE standards, and be willing to drive this among your peers.
- Taking responsibility for daily venue operations. This might involve opening/closing the venue, cashing up tills, reporting on venue cleanliness and safety, adjusting rosters, and problem solving as unique situations arise.
- And most importantly – coaching and developing the team! BOUNCE is committed to ensuring every team member receives coaching, development and “Always On Feedback” so they can learn and develop their skills to go beyond BOUNCE.
BOUNCE Training & Development
BOUNCE provides a thorough and extensive training program that aims to equip all staff members with skills that they can carry with them for life.
Team Leader training covers areas that include:
- Customer experience delivery
- Venue operations and shift management
- Barista training
- Basic trampoline skills
- Party and Groups Hosting
- L2/Senior First Aid
A Working with Children check and weekend availability are required.
