We are looking for a recruitment gun to lead a small team to achieve great things within a national, values-driven organisation.
As part of our friendly and collaborative People and Culture section, you will manage a small team working with line areas to deliver attraction initiatives, manage processes across the employment lifecycle, and work collaboratively with other Australian Public Service (APS) agencies. Our Recruitment Services team manages recruitment, onboarding, internal movements, and offboarding.
This is an opportunity to join a team of human resource professionals as we work together to support managers, continually improve our processes and services, and achieve great outcomes for our agency.
Knowledge of APS employment frameworks and recruitment guidelines will be highly regarded, as will human resources qualifications and/or AHRI certification.
The annual salary for the position is from $86,055 to $98,557 plus 15.4% superannuation. Our newly approved Enterprise Agreement will deliver a 4% pay increase from 14 March 2024.

Position eligibility:
The AAT requires Australian citizenship as a condition of engagement. All employees are required to undertake an Australian Federal Police Check and to undertake a health assessment.
The successful applicant will also be required to have or be willing to obtain and maintain Baseline Security Clearance level.
