Your new company
A specialised Federal Government Agency that is instrumental in the aviation sector requires an experienced Property Professional to ensure operational excellence across their national property portfolio.
Your new role
This senior role will see you providing technical support and leadership across their entire property division, including facilities, commercial property, Capex projects and sustainability. On a day-to-day capacity, this will include:
Oversight the provision of Property and Services functions at an operational and strategic level.
Manage complex maintenance issues, service desk requests enquiries and complaints in accordance with policy and legislative guidelines.
Coordinating property activities with stakeholders, encouraging input and advice from subject matter experts, providing regular communication and updates
Identifying and assisting with governance, including the monitoring management, reporting, finances, procurement, and contract management
Oversight staff undertaking transactional lease administration activities including bill paying, raising purchase orders and certifying invoices on a national basis.
Assist the Manager Property and Services with commercial leasing matters
Review and maintain polices and procedures for Property Services
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven high level/or extensive procurement and contract management skills in environments with similar attributes to the delivery of Facilities and Property Services.
Solid demonstrated relevant experience in managing contracts across a complex multi-site region with a range of facilities.
A formal qualification or comparable experience in a Facilities, Building or Property related discipline
- A baseline security clearance is desired or willing to obtain.

This labour hire assignment is for an initial 6-month plus 6-month contract extension option with a temporary hourly rate that is negotiable pending on experience.
