About the Role
Your library is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic leader, with a passion for people and performance. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your team to deliver excellent customer services with dignity, equality, and mutual respect, which are shared across cultures, religions, and philosophies
Yarra Junction is a community library within the Yarra Ranges Council. This branch supports around 68,000 loans and 57,000 visitors per year. There are three regular storytimes each week. A dedicated Technology Support Officer delivering 1:1 help sessions and overseeing staff training. A vibrant program of events for adults includes regular special interest groups, literary programming, and social activities. Supporting branch programming is the Digital Literacy team, focussed on outreach, and a regional Literacy Officer.
