How you'll make a difference
With the support of two Leading Hands and Operations Management the candidate will be responsible for delivering
1. Fit for purpose sporting fields for use by sporting clubs and the wider community.
2. Leadership and overseeing of maintenance schedules that pertains to Open Space Mowing Crew and the assets they maintain.
3. Leadership and overseeing of maintenance schedules and auditing of the 60km as part of Creswick Trails and other smaller trail networks within the Hepburn Shire Council.
Our ideal candidate
Will display the Hepburn Shire values and be a strong communicator with Open Spaces & Trail team, wider Operations Service Unit and the broader community. Our candidate will also have a strong knowledge of Horticultural Practices and a want for continual improvement.
