Role Overview:
As the Operations and Leadership Manager, you will lead a team of insurance professionals, overseeing day-to-day operations and driving performance excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentoring and developing staff within your team to foster growth and enhance skill sets.
- Implementing performance management strategies to optimise team efficiency and productivity.
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience in Operations and Leadership within the Insurance or Banking sector.
- Familiarity with Domestic Home Insurance policies preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
