About the role:
As the Team Leader you will lead and contribute to enabling information communication and technology (ICT) system compliance. Your role will take the lead in planning and managing significant and complex projects and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders providing policy and technical advice.
You will enjoy and embrace new responsibilities, and focus on identifying opportunities to improve outcomes, practices and processes will position you to succeed in this role.
Your experience in, or ability to, analyse information from a range of sources will be used to draw logical conclusions and support the advice you give and products you develop.
To be successful you will have:
- Experience in systems compliance in relation to relevant government and departmental ICT policies and procedures meeting ITIL standards.
- High level knowledge to understand client business requirements and legislative requirements to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and new opportunities to utilise technologies.
- Provide leadership and management to teams to ensure delivery of responsibilities.
- Lead, manage and plan significant and complex projects, resulting in projects delivered within budget, schedule and quality parameters.
You will have highly developed time management skills and effective problem-skilling skills teamed with a positive attitude to make a great contribution to our close-knit and connected team.
