- Lead, supervise and co-ordinate the activities of the Development Support Team to ensure the team consistently works to meet its targets and commitments against their individual or team work or performance plans and Council’s Operational and Strategic Plans.
- Motivate and inspire the team, coach and develop staff, facilitate partnerships across Council and help solve problems and resolve issues, and model achievement of goals and commitments.
- Driving exceptional internal and external customer service and is responsible for delivering high quality business administrative support to the Development Assessment Team, directly assisting the Development Assessment Managers including improving corporate systems and processes.
2. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team with a high level of initiative and motivation.
3. Supervisory experience including managing workflows through a high-volume administrative team, providing guidance and monitoring performance.
4.
