We are partnered with a well-established and highly regarded agent that has enjoyed significant success over the years and has ambitious growth plans for 2024.This unique Team Leader role will enable you to leverage your previous strong experience in workers’ compensation to establish and grow a high-performing claims management team within a new contract acquisition across comcare.
The role:
- Managing a new team, building capability and growth
- Embedding good practices, processes and procedures
- Coaching and mentoring, creating a collaborative and supportive team culture
- Managing stakeholder relationships, addressing concerns, handling escalations and making critical decisions on claims based on policies, regulations and company guidelines
- A strong background in managing workers’ compensation claims
- Knowledge of Comcare and the SRC Act is highly regarded
- Proven hands-on leadership skills, with a collaborative and inclusive style, and passion for empowering individuals to drive excellence
- Possess a customer-focused mindset, good problem-solving skills, an adaptable nature, and the ability to handle complaints and escalation
- $120,000 - $140,000 package depending on experience
- Generous bonus scheme
