Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Team Manager to join our team alongside one of our high performing agents. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in managing a team, wanting to grow their career in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
 

Your tasks and responsibilities:

As a Team Manager, you will have a dynamic role assisting and driving a high performing agent and their team, including but not limited to:

• Managing daily team operations
• Vendor onboarding and campaign management
• Running the weekly team meetings
• Diary management and booking/coordinating appointments
• Managing the teams marketing plan
• Being a point of contact for Vendors and Buyers
• Assist in developing team systems and procedures
• Providing general administration assistance for the team
• Social Media strategy and implementation/management
• Working closely with the administration and marketing team
• Hold the team accountable to goals and KPIs
• Community engagement and social media management

To be successful:

• You will have proven experience in a managerial and administrative role.
• You will be well organised with exceptional time management skills to adhere to strict deadlines.
• You will have a great work ethic and positive attitude.
• You will have strong attention to detail.
• You have an understanding of the real estate industry and its processes.
• You are tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft, Google Suites, and organisational workflow systems.
• Take pride in your presentation and have a professional demeanour.
• The right candidate will need to show a strong initiative and proactive approach to tasks. 
• You will be a people person and know how to manage and communicate with multiple personalities. 
• You’re ready to take your skills further to contribute to a high performing team.
