Qualifications & experience
- A minimum of 2 years' proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a Managed Services Provider environment
- Azure Administrator Associate and Azure Network Engineer Associate certifications would be highly regarded
- Strong customer service orientation
- A strong desire for self-development and career progression
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new technologies

Experience in the following areas will also be well regarded:
- VOIP / SIP services. Specifically, in 3CX or Teams Direct Routing.
- Watchguard AuthPoint & Firewall Appliances
- Veeam & StorageCraft backup solutions.
- Microsoft 365: Conditional Access, Compliance, SharePoint, Endpoint Manager, Defender Endpoint & Information Rights Management.
- Have a good understanding of the broader Microsoft Application ecosystem.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Maintain, support, administer, and troubleshoot on-prem and cloud-based systems
- Design, implementation, and management of Office 365 solutions
- Design, implementation, and management of Azure Cloud Environments
- Advanced experience in deploying and managing network infrastructure (Routing/NAT/VLAN)
- Configuration and management of network hardware (Switches, Routers, WAPs)
- Virtualization of server and network infrastructure (VMWare, Hyper-V)
- Backup, DR, and Business Continuity design, implementation, and management
