Small Business Banking is part of CBA Business Banking and provides in branch face-to-face and remote support to Small Businesses across Australia. Taking a key leadership role and using your ability to coach and develop others, you will lead a team of Analysts as well as being responsible for actively driving the uplift of overall capability across the QLD business.
Your role will specifically involve;
- Work collaboratively with peers, business partners and stakeholders to build strong and effective relationships
- Drive a customer centric culture by ensuring your team provide responsive, professional and quality service that meets the needs of our people and clients
- Focus on ensuring that frontline staff have the necessary capability to consistently deliver exceptional service
- Proactively identify and assess risk within the business
- Role-model a productivity mindset, and maintain a continuous improvement focus
- Ensure strong risk acumen, and drive a culture of accountability and excellence across your team;
- Facilitate ongoing development of your team to continually build on credit, risk, technical and leadership capabilities
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Team Manager with demonstrable ability to engage, lead and guide a team. You will support your team to help them achieve their goals and drive a culture of accountability in the team. In order to be successful you will have;
- Strong organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to achieve deadlines and priorities effectively.
- Proven ability to build strong and effective relationships and to work collaboratively with business partners and stakeholders;
- Ability to think analytically to develop insights and make decisions
- Extensive knowledge of bank and financial services products and services and strong commercial acumen and risk knowledge;
- A continuous improvement mindset and a creative approach to problem solving;
- Strong customer focus and a real passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Possess high levels of motivation, drive and strong success orientation
- Whilst experience at a leadership level is highly regarded, consideration will also be given to applicants where leadership is in their career development plan and they can demonstrate a track record of high performance
