At KINNECT, our clinics offers a full spectrum of Occupational Health Services, from Pre-Employment Medicals to Injury Management and Prevention, providing an exciting opportunity for you to lead and manage a range of services shaping the future of our clinic!
Your day to day will encompass referral allocation, training & mentoring employees, recruitment, office management, and the unique opportunity to account manage both local and state-level customers’ accounts.
Join our welcoming close-knit Nundah or Woolloongabba team where shared experiences and camaraderie are celebrated. Moreover, you'll receive support from other Team Managers at our Woolloongabba office and our QLD State Manager, ensuring you have a strong network to rely on.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:
- Current registration with AHPRA/ESSA/ ASORC/RCAA is essential.
- Minimum two years’ experience working within Workers’ Compensation scheme, specialising in either in Workplace Rehabilitation or Claims Management.
- The ability to inspire and guide team members towards excellence, with a proven track record in mentoring team members.
- Proficiency in assessments, rehabilitation planning, and evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, with a compassionate and client-centred approach to service delivery.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
