About the Position:
We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead our team, serving as the first point of contact for clients across our Audiology & Allied Health sites.
- Build and lead a high-performing team that works collaboratively toward achieving the organisation’s goals.
- Drive business growth and enhance the delivery of operational improvements across the team.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement to build a culture of service excellence.
- Set and monitor effective baseline conditions and targets for productive work by completing important people management processes of selection, induction, support and recognition of performance.
- Support team development by implementing training plans that align with individual needs.
- Oversee budget and financial management of team operations.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Outstanding communication skills; face-to-face, on the telephone and written.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and operational enhancements.
- Demonstrated experience in leading a high-performing team.
- Experience using administrative systems, practices and procedures, including CRM (Client Record Management systems).
- Hold or be prepared to undertake an NDIS Worker screening clearance and DHS Working with Children screening clearance.
