About the role
- Processing charter quotations, bookings and invoices
- Compliance with company purchasing policy
- Farebox revenue reconciliation
- Investigate complaints in accordance with company process and in timely manner
- Managing bus pass applications
- Completion of monthly reports
- Administration support
- Other duties as required
About you
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Highly organised with a focus on attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience in passenger transport industry preferred but not essential.
