About you:

As a Team Support/ Customer Service Support Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of services. Your dedication will directly impact the quality of support we offer to both our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Management of administration tasks, facilitating the efficient operation of services.
  • Collaboration with staff team to ensure consistent and appropriate support for participants.
  • Fostering of positive relationships with clients and support workers in line with our participant-centred philosophy
  • Leverage of experience in community-based support rostering to value add to processes.

Requirements: 

  • Prior experience in human service community-based support rostering is highly regarded.
  • Exceptional time management skills thriving in a face paced environment.
  • Ability to establish respectful relationships with clients and support workers.
  • Outstanding problem solving and efficiency in task management.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high-level of proficiency in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Microsoft Suite expertise and rostering experience highly desirable.
