You will work for a leader in property and the funds management space. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical CRM Dynamics Business Analyst to join a small and dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in analysing business requirements, implementing CRM solutions, and optimising the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to drive business success.**You must come from funds management, Investments or client advisor side of the business to be considered**
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization through CRM Dynamics.
- Design, configure, and implement CRM Dynamics solutions that meet business needs, enhance customer engagement, and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct detailed analysis of business operations and requirements to tailor CRM workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Serve as the liaison between the business units and the IT team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on CRM Dynamics projects and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on CRM Dynamics configurations, customizations, and business processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize CRM Dynamics features and capabilities.
- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 features, updates, and best practices, recommending and implementing improvements to our CRM strategy.
- Perform data quality checks and oversee the integration of CRM Dynamics with other business systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong technical background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM principles, Dynamics 365 applications, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
