The day to day Execute position responsibilities and duties in a professional manner that is in compliance with ALS HR policies and procedures. Escalate any deviations from the HR policy and procedural requirements via management notification to the HR Officer and/or Senior Management as applicable immediately.
Filing, archiving and updating all records as required. Involvement in complex client enquiries including ETA’s and customer complaints. Creation and maintenance of CPT’s, client codes and managing client database.
Inputting of analytical methods and relevant information to GEMS. Undertaking more complex work order write up tasks. Writing up re-assay work including AUSQUA’s.
Assigning method codes and correcting invoices and credits. Ensuring pricing is correct for active and new work orders. Liaising with management to obtain turnaround times and ETA’s.
Training other staff in all aspects of work order write up. Other duties as directed by Section Supervisor/Manager. The Essentials
Good numerical ability Strong attention to detail and the ability to retain facts Good written and verbal communication skills A high level of customer service skills and a professional telephone manner A high degree of computer literacy The ability to multitask and work under pressure to complete given tasks A working knowledge of laboratory processes within ALS
