Job Highlights$78-85,000pa depending on experienceCapel locationFull time positionWhat You Will Be DoingSupport the Projects, Engineering & Assets team, and wider organisation through positive team participation and by assisting when required with workload, providing backup, or advice in areas of expertise.Contribute to the continuous improvement of Projects, Engineering & Assets by assisting in the ongoing review and updating of information including policies, procedures, information sheets and processes.Any other tasks determined as appropriate to the position.What You Will NeedDemonstrated knowledge of landscape & engineering design, design review, construction techniques, materials and equipment, in the context of subdivision, land development and general infrastructure.Previous experience in subdivision and land development, including application of IPWEA subdivision guidelines.Ability to provide accurate advice to key stakeholders in the areas of landscape and engineering development.Computer literacy to use a range of software applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).Current "C" class Western Australian drivers' license.Experience in Local or State Government works program processingTertiary qualification in Engineering and/or Project Management or demonstrated relevant experience.Understanding of survey and computer aided design (CAD) software.Knowledge of the Local Government Act 1995 and other relevant legislation, industry guidelines, standards and best practice as related to the requirements and procedures for engineering development.Construction Induction Card (White card) accreditation.General traffic management understanding and work experience.About WorkPacWorkPac is Australia's leading, privately owned recruitment provider to the mining, construction, engineering, oil and gas and healthcare sectors.
