Summary:

The Technical PMO Director at Coca-Cola will manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of Global co-brand partnership initiatives, alongside a portfolio of Global Innovation platform and Supply Chain projects. The role involves leading key global innovation schemes, specifically Co-brand partnerships, and successfully transitioning these strategies into actionable solutions that enhance the business's category impact. Alongside fostering collaboration and translating insights into action plans for continuous improvements and innovation, this role also necessitates managing technical projects and initiatives.

What You'll Do for Us

Technical Facilitation:

  • Fosters collaboration and translates insights into actions plans for continuous improvement and innovation. Offers support to OU TISC category tech ops in project execution, troubleshooting and capital project implementation.

Project Management:

  • Own the execution and successful implementation of multiple projects from ideation to proof of concept with the goal of identifying, developing, and launching scalable products aimed at the needs of the category and operating units.

  • Leads critical technical projects & initiatives in collaboration with OU tech ops and different system partners. Technical expertise drives successful completion of engineering and supply chain initiatives.

  • Serve as expert and point-of-contact on Global co-brand portfolio internally and with external Co-brand partners. Share insights on Operations progress, learnings, and areas of concerns.

  • Leverage internal meetings, and project management tools, as necessary to communicate relevant updates in an effective and timely way.

  • Document and track project risks and issues, establish mitigation plans, and take corrective actions as necessary

  • Develop evaluation, tracking, and reporting tools and measurements for Innovation and Supply Chain projects

  • Support GDI and Supply Chain team members by assisting with data collection, analysis, and reporting on technical subject matter.

  • Assist with writing reports and playbooks capturing lessons learned and insights from partner projects and internal initiatives

  • Assist in the development of standardized processes for overall project management.

  • Responsible for 3+ year project and initiative pipelines for assigned category to deliver growth, continuity, capabilities and productivity objectives.

  • Partner with Global Supply chain strategy directors to develop category specific action plans and lead the execution of these action plans in a Global scope.

  • Partner with OU's to increase supply chain orchestration improving system asset utilization.

  • Leverage project management routines to communicate and deliver the initiatives in a networked environment.

Business Continuity and Risk Mitigation:

  • Provides resilience against unforeseen global challenges for category

  • Drives category business resilience and continuity plans in partnership with OU Tech Ops and system partners

Relationship Management:

  • Build strong relationships with partner and category OU organizations engaged through the portfolio, focusing on their strengths and contributions to the ecosystem, and how the Emerging Central team could support their growth and development to better serve the aRTD category.

  • Confidently engage with team members and stakeholders at all levels, and use poise, tact, and persuasiveness to motivate others by sharing points of view while listening and learning from others.

  • Coordinate and lead meetings as necessary, fostering an environment conducive to sharing and learning

Category Operations Management:

  • Manage the pre-pipeline, opex and capex budget and financial tracking and reporting for the Global category team

  • Support the Global team with Pilot Plant operations scheduling for aRTD initiatives in OU plants.

  • Co-develop and co-lead the scope and execution of fit-for-purpose alcohol pilot plant operations to meet needs of the Global team

  • Lead the Global Category team project portfolio tracking and team update forum.

Qualification & Requirements

  • 5-10 years of Supply Chain/Commercialization experience with multi-countries management experience.

  • Operational, leadership and/or technical experience.

  • Strong understanding of external supply chain space (competition, networks, trends and best practices) and apply to gaps and initiatives to close in our top country category combinations.

  • Knowledge on Emerging Category (FAB) way of work (preferred)

  • Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Business Administration or Equivalent Degree.

Pay Range:

$143,000 - $173,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
