As the Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the GRC implementation project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project within scope, schedule, and budget. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of the GRC system, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress against milestones
- Coordinate resources, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- PMP or other project management certification is preferred
- 5+ years of experience managing Technical Projects, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of GRC principles and practices
- Experience with GRC tools and software - Ideally Archer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
