The Technical Project Manager will be managing the designing and deployment of Zoom Phone and Contact Center solutions.About the TeamThe Professional Services Organisation are responsible for managing the designing and deployment of Zoom Phone and Contact Center solutions.What we’re looking forHave a Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, or its equivalent and experience designing and implementing Voice/Video and Contact Center solutionsExperience with Voice/Video and Contact Center best practices, processes, and procedures for design, deployment, and supportExperience with migrations to Cloud Voice & Cloud Contact Center solutionsHave knowledge of deployments for SBCs, trunks, gatewaysHave Knowledge of VoIP and SIP protocolsHave a background and knowledge of Voice solutions and Contact Center solutionsWays of Working
