- Providing technical (systems engineering) support to GTM partners and customers.
- Drive business growth by leveraging expert product, industry, and customer knowledge to develop new business opportunities.
- Promote Corning's brand and values within the industry, channel, and customer base.
- Engage with Market development/Product Lifecycle Management to identify target markets and customers for the company's product portfolio.
- Identify, engage, and collaborate with consultants, sales channels, and execution partners
- Provide appropriate reporting to management
- Interstate travel as required
- At least 8-10 years' experience in the IT, telecommunications, or defence technology industry.
- A university degree preferably in Engineering or Business Administration or an associated technical discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in providing Technical Sales engineering support in the Telecommunications/Cloud/Enterprise space.
- Technical competence and a demonstrated ability to build pipeline and drive sales
- A recognised expert in optical fibre infrastructure solutions in Data Centre
- Ability to independently work from home while staying motivated and driven
- Disciplined approach to business development
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- You will have built a productive network across the industry and be recognised as a solver of problems.
