• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of initiative
• Polished oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Technical Sales
• Strong team player with the ability to follow processes
• Punctual, well-presented, personable, and outgoing
• Understanding of the Australian hospitality industry is considered an advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively generate and manage leads, guided by our expert team.
• Demonstrating a consultative sales approach on technical features and benefits of our products.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and objectives and recommend  the most suitable products or services
• Creating and engaging in informative sales presentations
• Effectively communicate the value proposition through compelling proposals and presentations.
• Attending and participating in product training and explain the technical concepts in simple terms to the clients
• Regularly report to the sales team, providing insights on weekly activities and progress
• Provide feedback to product or service developers to support improvement initiatives
• Provide customers with new product information, technology training, and actively participating in new product launches
• Continually keeping up to date on new systems and products.
