Our client is an established Australian company providing mining and construction solutions. They have an Australian office in New Castle and are spread internationally across several countries.

The Position

An exciting opportunity has become available for a dynamic Technical Sales Manager to drive business growth in the New Castle region. As the Technical Sales Manager, you'll be tasked with providing expert internal and external product solutions for incoming client inquiries, along with offering support both onsite and offsite. Your dedication to problem-solving and delivering top-notch customer service and engagement will shine through in this role. It's a crucial position within the sales journey, where you'll provide technical guidance on a cutting-edge product lineup. This role demands a unique blend of creativity, dynamism, and superior interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with Tier 1 to 3 builders. 

The Candidate 
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience and knowledge in construction supplies
• Proven experience in Technical Sales, particularly in the construction industry preferred
• Methodical BDM with an eye for details
• Capable of generating new accounts+
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to attend events and handle urgent requests as needed
