As the Infrastructure/IT/Cloud Technical Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services to our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate & manage service delivery processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards & customer requirements. Your strong leadership skills & technical expertise will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and achieving high customer satisfaction.

To qualify for this role, candidates must have advanced expertise and experience in:
- Australian Citizenship is a pre-requisite due to the requirement for NV2 Clearance.
- Advanced-level expertise and hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: Service Management, Data Center Management, Infrastructure (Compute, Storage), IP Networks
- Strong understanding of key networking services, protocols, OSI and TCP/IP models of network layers.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in supporting Linux environments, including proficiency in bash and/or python scripting
- Flexibility and availability to participate in a 24/7 roster
- Experience working in an operational environment
