- We are seeking a highly motivated Service Delivery Coordinator to join our growing people focused MSP.
The Role:
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be the key bridge between our clients and our technical teams. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the end-to-end delivery of our IT services, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest level of quality. Your duties will include:
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, and providing regular Service Delivery updates.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices for enhanced service effectiveness.
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects, tracking milestones and implementing solutions for successful completion.
- Workforce planning, managing leave, forecasting and rostering.
- Assist in the management of technical toolsets and integrations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to allocate appropriate resources and meet client needs.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop processes and procedures.
- Monitor service performance and adherence to SLAs, taking proactive measures for improved efficiency.
- Handle and escalate service-related issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of Service Delivery activities and client communications.
- Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to optimise Service Delivery and resource utilisation.

To be successful in this position, you must have (Personal Skills):
- 2+ years of experience in a similar office environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A customer centric mindset; and commercial and business acumen
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documents.
- A positive attitude, proactive approach, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with internal staff and clients.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A good understanding of service management / ticketing tools; and ITIL framework
- An ability to think critically about systems and to adjust plans as needed.
- Must be a Citizen/Permanent Resident and hold an Australian driver's license.
Desirables
- Proven track record within the MSP IT industry, preferably in managed services or related fields
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and other managed services
- Project Management Experience
- ConnectWise, BrightGauge & PowerBI Experience
- Degree in Business, Computing or similar
