We are currently looking for a permanent part-time Administrative Assistant scheduled to work 22.8 hours (negotiable) per week assisting the Professional & Organisational Development team at our corporate office in Bunbury, WA. Hours could be worked across 3 days/week, or across 5 days/week aligned with school hours.
The Administrative Assistant will report to the Team Leader of Professional and Organisational Development, and take direction from Executive Assistant, to ensure the success of the Organisation’s vision, purpose, and values. The role of Administrative Assistant will be required to efficiently manage and deliver the flow of communication in all forms throughout the organisation and demonstrate and maintain a high level of customer service. In Addition, the role of Administrative Assistant manages and maintains training currency in Elmo and acts as the Elmo training help desk. Also maintains training registers, schedules training sessions, ensures sufficient training coverage and designs, reviews and edits e-Learning using ELMO.

About you:
To be considered for the role, you will demonstrate:
- Extensive administrative / technical experience, including the use and management of databases.
- Experience in 'cleaning' exported data.
- Producing and sorting data for graphic representation.
- Success in similar role for an organisation of similar scale and complexity.
- Excellent computer keyboard, data entry and word processing skills.
- Ability to prepare routine correspondence with a professional approach.
- Experience managing multiple calendars and conflicting schedules.
- High level of computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong Information Technology background.
You will be flexible and have an all-round administrative skills-set to provide back-up and support for administrative tasks across the Organisation when required.
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:
Essential
- National Police Clearance (within the last 3 months).
- Current Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain).
- Current Drivers Licence.
